Use the bullet points to expand on any awards or additional status you have. For example, I had for some of my bullet points:

- Employee of the month award due to positive customer feedback
- Lowest fuel burn per block hour CA position for months of x, y in rolling 12 month period
- 95% on time departure rate for the past 12 month period

Another under my CFI days:
- Cultivated xx students using cold calling techniques
- Designed and created new web site increasing overall traffic 300% in the first month of going online


You get the point. Put accomplishments in the bullet points, that is what they are for. Everyone knows your job duties as a CA, FO. I did however use the first bullet point to write my progression, ie 2005-2008 First Officer, 2008-Presnt Captain, IIRC.
