I'm not aware of any regional that issues tablet devices of any kind to their pilots. I know for a fact that Envoy pilots have to supply their own if they want to go digital.

And if it's a choice between supplying my own ipad and wasting hours and hours doing paper revisions--for no pay--I'll supply my own ipad and watch por...er, Netflix...while you're doing your paper revisions.
