Eagle is very picky that you meet the currency requirements from what I can gather. You are not too old and your times look good. Eagle will now guarantee you the domicile of your choice, so DFW would be a lock (but you'd be in the Saab most likely, which is actually better for you the first year probably in terms of QOL). Check the requirements on their website and get current if you can. I'm not sure if the Simuflite job will help you there though, because Eagle views currency in terms of # of hours flown in the last 6 mos as opposed to the corporate/sim view of currency. Ask at the career fair to find out exactly what they want, I'd bet that's your problem right now.

Otherwise Eagle would be a good place for you since you can survive on FO pay and aren't in a huge hurry to log PIC so you can move on.
