Obviously, nobody knows what's going to happen to Endeavor and you'd be dumb to rely on message boards to make a career-changing decision based off of a few people on a message board. However, this is all sound advice that shouldn't be dismissed.
Sure, some people might hope that Endeavor closes down so they can feel good about their decision to leave but, c'mon, let's not be blind. Chances aren't in your favor as an FO regarding career progression if you decide to stick around.
