I'm in the same boat. Been out for a little over 2 years myself. I posted about this on another thread. The majority of answers I got addressed currency as the reason as to why I'm having difficulty landing a gig. That brings me to this question. I don't think getting current on a 172 at the local strip will help much as far as knocking the rust off a bigger airframe.(Last gig was PIC on a BE40) Any ideas on "get yourself current" options out there? Borrowing some cash and going to recurrent somewhere like Simuflite or Simcom is not totally out of the picture at this point. Opinions anyone?
