Man I think if I had two 121 failures in a row and still wanted to do it I'd see what's in my file before telling the next one about the bloodbath that lies behind. Not saying lying by omission is ever ethical, but he already pretty much burned his 121 bridges and there's really no other way than by hoping it isn't there. If it is there, it's high time to find another gig.
