I don't want to be mean but some people are just not meant to be pilots. If you've had trouble in training at 2 regionals (maybe 3), and you have an accident on your record, I find it difficult to believe you'd have no trouble during future recurrent sims and even sim training at the mainlines. Some might even call you a liability. You're the kind of person that would pull back on the stick and raise the flaps during a stall.

They will find out and escort you to the door during training, even if they are totally desperate for pilots.
Just as everyone is saying here, own your shortcomings, disclose everything, explain lessons learned and they may hire you. That would be proof of honesty.

Folks, the reason PRIA was developed was this accident:

I think pretty much anybody could see the parallels. It's heartbreaking to tell somebody they aren't in the right profession, but this is a pretty serious business when it comes down to it.

Dude you just don't get it… I am sure you will get a class date here, but if you could not get through training at Xjet or PSA you will not get through training here.. The PDT training department will eat you alive!

Sometimes the easiest interview isn't the best one for you. At the end of the day, you still have to cut the mustard. IMO, you should consider getting some more training, polish up on your ifr skills and maybe even a RJ transition course to see if you can bounce back. Most of all, you need to check your attitude at the door.

After a quick search of prior posts, WannaBe introduced himself as an 1800 hour CFI, then just a few minutes later posted that he doesn't have his CFI ratings and had washed out of training at XJet.
