Yes this thread has lowered the bar and undermines the little pride we have left in this regional world
I believe in redemption from failures and taking a course would help to show it can be fixed but after 2 failures and the responses shown I think attitude is the problem. Being low time and inexperienced with higher speed aircraft Is one thing....
You keep asking people's advice on PRIA and then not taking it or lashing out. SO why ask? I'm not sure what assurances you are looking for. Yes people will find out. From PRIA? Maybe, maybe not. Finding out is finding out no matter how you slice it.
Change the attitude, take a RJ course and finish at PSA I think they gave you a real get out of jail free card with their desperate offer to save another FO on property in this shortage. One failure and then redeeming the second as a low time guy May save your career down the road
