I don't have any current info on PenAir per se, but I can tell you that I did all of that flying when it was a Colgan base...
I was based in BOS for the final 2 months that it was COlgans, and it was the BEST 2 months of my entire career. Awesome flying, awesome airport, great people, great city, creepy Stephen King overnights all throughout Maine.

I am curious if PenAir still doesn't pay you in training.
