Depends on when the guy got off IOE. I finished on Sept 30, was just awarded DFW starting Jan 1st, couldn't hold it on the first DFW FO bid. Guys finishing IOE in the last few weeks are able to hold both DFW and PHX I think. A large reason for this is because they decided not to run a CLT displacement bid yet.
