Its been a proven fact over and over that you are where you are today as a result of not honoring your your commitments. I congratulate you on that as no other pilot group in the history of the profession has ever pulled off what LUS vis usapa has pulled off. I am still amazed that no court would touch and it seems as though LUS will win as a result. It is very unfortunate however because of usapa they have now laid the foundation of precedent. I suspect that law suits will continue on long after I retire and the complete disharmony that plagued LCC will now infect the new AA.
