As a line holder you are guarenteed the value of your line, or 75.xx hours per month (whichever is greater). If you drop any flying as a line holder, the credit of what you drop is subtracted from that. You don't get to double-up by dropping 75 hours and picking up 75 somewhere else and calling it 150.
