In theory I agree with all the facts that have been laid out here but the fact of the matter is the only thing for certain in life and business is now. We are profitable right now, in 5-10 years maybe not. As we all know this industry is cyclical and we are in a good decade. It may or may not continue, I love how everyone here is Nostradamus and predicting a rosy future forever, I am not as optimistic.
