What does that mean, got what you needed from it? Meet and greets aren't what they used to be. I, and many others I know, have had meet and greets. I think it gives some "points" somewhere somehow but I dont know.
I was told if it went well, I "may" have a LOR added to my resume and my app would move to the small stack. That's it. No further promises. The best I could hope for was a LOR on my app. Two days later, the LOR appeared on my app.
Where things go from here, if they go from here, is anyone's guess.
Still scary though. Might never get a call from anywhere despite being competitive.
