No what I believe he is saying is that he is just fine with staying on current greenbook with all its current work rule. I think he is also saying the he is just fine with the 3% raise in Jan because he still has the better work rules in tact. Its one thing for a company to come to you in lean times and ask for some employee help in the way of concessions. I think that when a company is making billions in profits then turn around and want to gut your contract in terms of work rules for a couple of bucks is just flat out rude and disrespectful.
