As long as we are given the value in other ways, I think the arbitrator will give them to the company, especially since they are industry standard. If he doesn't get them in arbitration, you can damn well bet that the merry band of corporate lawyers will figure out another way to get them. I used to think we had a chance, but seeing how LAX acted in the final hour, we don't have the unity to win this fight.
No I don't trust
any lawyer. I read the contract myself. The company cannot get any concessions they are asking us to sell to them. None... Unless we agree to settle with them for a quid pro quo... i.e. via negotiations.
Don't trust me. Read the MOU yourself.
