For all junior FO's not at PDT or ENY, betting that you'll be hired from an interview is the same as gambling. If you are not at one of these two flow-through regionals for AA, expecting that you'll be hired is foolish. There are hundreds of senior CA's at other regionals who have been turned down for the coveted Legacy Airline job. Just because you get an interview doesn't mean you'll be hired. Just a thought for those who want to move on.

The PSA agreement is going to be changed into a flow becuase that is what AAG wants at all 3 of their wholly owned regionals. The pass rate in 2014 for PSA SSP pilots was 100%, I think one guy didn't get it in late 2013 because he didn't want it (long story). You are discussing a topic for which you have no idea about what is going on.
