It sounds like Tripp drops and pickups are done in real time at FedEx. That type of system is always open to abuse. Consider bringing a resolution at your next MEC meeting to switch to a window system for beyond next day coverage. Swaps and drops are only processed at each window time. If you have 4 daily windows you need only log on and check open time 4 times a day to insure you see all trips. This eliminates a lot of abuse and saves huge amounts of time spent watching open time.
