24 hour = 1440 Minutes
1440(Minutes) / 300(VIPS lockout) = 4.8 Pilots
5+ wolfpackers divide 24 hour block checking open time every minute. When first packer gets locked out of VIPS, the duty passes to next packer in group. When X-pairing hits open time, text message is auto sent to all in groups. Large OTP banks used to acquire X-pairings. Awarded X-pairings traded among said group.
