You need to get back on your MEDS. You're delusional if you think I would pay someone to fly a trip. I prefer to get paid to NOT fly a trip. Paying schedulers probably happened a LONG time ago when you first started with the company. You seem to have a lot of information regarding it, how do we know you didn't or are still doing it.
I will admit it's definitely better for me to fly good trips than it is to fly bad trips. I'm sorry for the ME-First attitude.
