Of course I know the difference. That has nothing to do with the conversation. I originally said that our rigs wouldn't change under the company proposal, but they would be slightly better than what we've had for 20+ years. A lot of guys are claiming that they are gone. Not true.
If the company came in and said that now they will give us the raise if we give up our entire contract, would we do it? Of course not. There is always give and take. We have to ask if the take is worth the give.
