1700 West Pilots alone are going to vote yes just because they've been in PHX for 10 years without reaping the benefits of two mergers. Seniority means nothing to them so they will try to capture as much of this merger as best they can.

I agree, many will, but not all. It seems the West in this situation has been "Parkerized" more then any other sub-group here though. If anything, West pilots should be the most concerned about RSV callout provisions and language and HBT, both issues that directly affect QWL whether the latter adds jobs or not and where. That's because they will all almost certainly become commuters within 2-3 years, unless they already are to PHX or they plan to move away.
I feel for this group in that respect, because for them, their airline (and club) will essentially vaporize to melt within AA to become "only a memory, memory"...........
