Anything past 10 years that taxes were deducted. Shows accuracy and openness on your part. Don't hide anything from them in the interview. Be more transparent than a Windex cleaned glass door. Let them decide if it is important. They asked for 10 years, so give it to them. Especially on your background check. The last thing that you want is to get through ground school and have something from your past bite you in the back that causes you to either delay your training or cost you your job for not divulging it in the beginning.

I think it's ok to leave out some odd jobs that you did while in college.
It's not like Mesa is going to try and track down Mrs. Smith, who's lawn you cut while in high school...
With that said, gaps in employment after being a full time student doesn't look too good on an application. I would account for all major employment from 18 years old thereafter.
But do put down anything that will come back on your criminal background check and PRIA.
That's what gets people the boot.
