Whoa slow down there hoss! Even in the most senior base for FOs (PHX), guys/gals are able to hold a line within 6 months of being online. The movement here is crazy right now. Every month there are several FOs upgrading, making room for everyone else to move up the list. I was hired less than a year ago and will be halfway up the FO list in PHX next month.
Either you don't know how to bid or you just got off of IOE like two weeks ago. Chill out and go drink a kale smoothie with FaceBiter.
