Hey, I've been following this thread for a while and was wondering about the growth at Executive Airshare, or question being is the company going to keep growing like it has been the past couple of years. I've been researching and it looks like you all got a couple of new Citations, I've also been seeing more of them down at RVS where I flight instruct. It seems like a great place to be at according to one of my old flight instructors' that went there for a while before going to work for the FAA, and even on this thread everyone seems to like the place. Currently I'm a bit over 700tt and flying close to 100hrs a month, getting a good amount of multi time and actual IFR (when its not freezing) and was considering applying once I hit minimums, and at least here I wouldn't have to take the unlivable pay cut I would if I went to the regional's. I didn't know if I should wait until I'm past minimums to apply, right at, or right before. I was also wondering if anyone has went on to the majors or a LCC after being at Airshare for a couple of years?
