Maybe because we don't plan on being "lifers" like most people. Got a 4 year degree, get you're time in, and get out. The people that most often ***** about the contracts and the money are the ones who plan on being there for 10+ years because they know they can't go anywhere else.
It's an attitude like this that kills pilots. People like you would work free for a decade, putting someone on the street for a 1 in 100 chance to fly a superjumbo.
