Exactly. Ask all the guys here at ExpressJet that were hired under the flowthrough how that went for em Basically after 9/11 CAL flowed back all their pilots (and we furloughed) and then said "ok, our guys are safe...Hey Express! You can forget about that flowthrough now." That was before Express was spun off.

For REAL! Same with CAL. Unless they completely gut their contract and pay scale I have no desire to go to CAL.
