I think the location of training and sims has been answered at least 10 times in this thread, and some recently. Use the search function. Or just read the thread for more than 10 minutes at a time. Indoc is in phx for all. GS is in phx for crj. For e175 it is in stl. Ejet sims are stl and Crj sims are wherever they can get sim space. Phx, Toronto, stl, and Copenhagen are the 4 they are using currently, though they prefer not using Toronto and CPN for newhires due to scheduling issues if more sims are needed. No one failed or needed more sims in either of those locations in my class, though. One newhire class had a 50% fail rate, but according to the instructors they were just bad, or not trying and screwing around in Copenhagen instead of trying.
