Way not even close. At TSA our contract is WAY better. We don't buy our iPads. We don't pay for Known Crew Member. We get paid better for 50 seats than you do for 70. We have actual leg by leg cancelation pay not just line guarantee. We are growing by 300% not 33% so our upgrade and relative seniority is way better.

TL;DR : Don't even try to lump TSA with Republic or Mesa. Not a close comparison.

Mesa is attracting new hires buy quoting upgrade times and shinny jet syndrome. I am not trolling and Mesa has a good pilot group and I have friends there, buti have to correct this misconception that TSA and Mesa are equivalent.
