If your pilot group thinks line guarantee is cancelation pay and doesn't understand the difference your union needs to educate the hem on this so that the pilot group can realize the huge difference and demand and vote for that improvement.
Bigger problem is that we have no leverage in pushing for a new contract, J.O. has no incentive to sign a new contract, our new hire classes are always full, and attrition is very low the more senior you go. Things will change I suppose the first time a new hire class is empty, if that ever happens.
