Things will change I suppose the first time a new hire class is empty, if that ever happens.
It's closer to happening than you think. The well of qualified applicants is very definitely drying up: they're working to fill classes less than 3 weeks out now, as opposed to 3+ months out a short while ago. Signing bonuses may be coming.
