As far as growth goes, it's steady but controlled. They try to be careful about not taking on more than they can handle in terms of fleet size - it's a difficult balancing act for a small company that's trying to grow. AirShare is definitely a good place to work with a really great pilot group. I can honestly say I enjoy going to work, mainly because of the people I get to fly with.
