He brought a similar policy out last year for the UPS pilots that I enrolled for.

As far as the income offset, you'll have to check your particular union/company policy for the details on that. The Sun Life group LTD policy through the IPA has no offset for "Individual disability income benefits."

This Lloyd's of London policy has no offset and stacks on top of our LTD policy. The policy for UPS pilots is $30K per year for Captains and $18K per year for F/O's.

It looks like the one he introduced for American, Delta, United, Southwest and FedEx has flexible benefits and premiums instead of a flat amount like the one for us.
