I have heard that Skywest's ASE procedures include a statement to the effect that performance to maintain obstacle clearance is not guaranteed during a go-around, and also that Skywest has no engine-inoperative balked landing procedure there. Is that accurate?

I've also heard the feds have pulled SKW's authorization to fly the 700 into ASE a couple times. Is that true, and if so, what is the status of it?
