Two buddies I flew with in my previous life have apps in at both...one is sticking w Mesa and one bounced for PSA before starting at Mesa. Losing CLT had something to do with it, though he could commute there and Dfw just the same, so I think it was for the airlines growth. I imagine, since 100% of my class said they came to Mesa for the upgrade, that upgrade is the most compelling carrot...more so than pay and contract. So, I imagine, lots. Until we announce some new growth and/or a CTP.
I don't think a lot of people do the math on this quick upgrade thing.
