ATP done back in April. I don't have a lot of time in the NE USA ice. I do have a little ice time in other places in the world but not much. I have a lot of sand & night time though. Don't worry about the winter wx experience that was meant as a knock on those who think it will make or break your ability to be a PIC on this thread...not on you. Your experience and background more than qualifies you for any of these regional jobs and puts you in the wheelhouse for majors as soon as you get a couple hundred hours at any of these places. Know a couple f15 guys who got on with ual/aa/swa with less than 2k tt. One at a couple hrs over 1500. And they have very little time doing anything other than tactical stuff outside of UPT. Also, stay out of the regional forums unless you like digging thru garbage once you start at one..it's just depressing. Hang out on major/LCC boards where you belong. Also you may be able to get on with an LCC as an alternative to regional.
