Same here, I never take the last flight but strive to take one that gets me there about the same time as the scheduled with at least one or two backups. Of course my San Diego deadhead the accepted fare is 378 (United) but the actual fare was 572 (United) so if I have to cancel early I may lose 12 hours but I'll save 200 bucks.
