Conventional wisdom is no matter what regional you are at/go to you will not be an FO in four years. So an Endeavor FO can make a descent living for the next four years and upgrade before the bonus goes away (if it does), or an FO at another regional with "real pay rates" can eek by on less than $30K. Money is money and 4 years is a HE11 of a long time in this industry!
