Yep I am PIC on the 300 and 350. Hard to say. I go by th motto "fly plane collect check" I try to know as little as possible. I do know since December we have lost 3 300 PIC's one to went to United, one to a 91 gig and the other to a 135 job we also lost 4 350 PIC's. Two to Wheels Up, one to Flight Safety the other resigned. As far as SIC's can't say I never see the same one twice in the 300 and it seems we do a lot of dual PIC trips in the 350. I do enjoy it here and once you get to the 10/5 schedule it makes a world of difference.
