Flying is a pleasure not a job. Let people enjoy what they do and what they chose.. do not criticize when you see a regional offering fast upgrades to new hires.. if a guy with 3000 TT deserves to become a Captain the company will give him the chance. Some of these people who post on here are "Worst Case Scenario" types. I'm sure they are a pleasure to share the cockpit with when they finally upgrade after many years and or many regionals sitting in the right seat. They're just upset that the upgrade didn't come fast enough for them.
Don't let these types keep you or us down. Work hard, study hard, and prove them wrong.
