Hmm, I'm thinking the opposite. ATP was my first exposure to profiles, callouts, and multi crew environments. When I was time building, everything was done IFR with an instructor, before I ever started my instrument rating. True, it was kids teaching kids, but I found my experience there invaluable.
If you hire an ATP grad, you know they will not struggle with procedures, call outs, and CRM.
I cant speak for ERAU, but theres no denying the name recognition.
