I heard the same thing with the aircraft lock. Also know one guy working there and he said he doesn't fly the entire 6 days on he just has to be "available" which if you live in base then that nice but if you commute well.... Heck even a 12 on 6 off is better than 6 on 3 off In my opinion.
Seems like an odd dynamic with WU owning the company and running the airplanes and then Gama supplying the pilots. Why doesn't WU run their own pilots? I know back when I worked at one of the ISR companies, they had bid on supplying the pilots.
