- Great crews, these guys are awesome, don't even compare to the guys I flew with at RAH.

- Quick upgrade? (but for how long?) I had stopped recommending friends to come here after Spring 2014 because I figured that would be the cutoff for quick upgrades. But everytime we turn around there's a new announcement of aircraft.

- The company leaves you alone, I know guys who call off every month or every other month, no harassment or carpet dances have followed.

- Stability, we have zero 50 seaters. (For now....) Longest contracts with our mainline partners of any regional. Oil is low now = 50 seaters make money... but for how long?

- ERJ and CRJ on certificate, we can essentially take any aircraft tomorrow to be flying next week.

- Be prepared to be on RSV 2-5 months (winter) or 1-3 months (summer). You will be bidding in the top 30% of you base 12-16 months after hire. (FOs)

- Line guarentee. EFBs. GREAT training department.

-Everyone keeps hoping for a "better" contract. We're not getting a new contract as long as we're growing like this. I see it as- by the time Mesa gets a new contract, I'll have moved on. It's how this regional new flying/quick upgrade wave works.
Any opportunities to drop trips and get extra flying at premium pay? How are they pulling off $22/hour and $1.40 per diem when other regionals are offering no training contract, bonuses and $28-$30 per hour? $22 is just crazy low.
