It's what you make it. This forum is for discussion, not harassment and degrading other peoples' companies. Mesa isn't good pay or benefits, but I make it work for me. I live in base on reserve and spend a lot of time with my wife (which was the goal - was tired of commuting). I've only flown 1 leg in 22 days, so senior reserve life is good for those interested. I admire all of us for putting up with pay cuts, transfers and downgrades through the years (been through all 3). Let's just stick together for the greater goal of working hard and getting to the mainline level and it'll pay off. Thanks for listening.
