The NTSB web site had this runway incursion listed today

This was a serious incident. If it had been a Challenger Jet that did the abort, it would have probably been a collision. Turboprops have instant reverse compared to Jets. Blowing both main tires helps too. Runway incuursion are not limited to uncontrolled airports (remember Quincy, ILL)
