Not true. As someone alluded to in another post, other 70+ aircraft would have to be parked. I would bet some of the older CR7's could be on the chopping block. Looking at the 2015 UAX fleet plan there is room for another 15 70/76 seaters before hitting the max. RAH is already getting Ejets to replace the Q400's so my guess is that they plan to park another 15-20 CR7's.
UAL is getting a lot of positive feedback on the Ejet, and the ancillary revenue generated from first class, and econ plus could lead the company to park 50 seat jets at a faster rate.
Getting positive feedback? As if the new 175's are any different then the 170's that have been in the fleet since 2005?
