I work for AWAC. In my opinion, it is a good place to be. We have an excellent contract, pay, and crews. The downsides are our bases. I commute from the midwest, and personally I do not mind it. This month only has 1 trip I could not get home on the last day, and next month I can get home on all of them, and I am not even an official line holder yet. The super long reserve is over here, as a guy that is not even online yet has been awarded a line in PHL for Sept. Things will be moving fast here in the up coming months.
