Look, some people live in PHX, therefore Mesa works for them.
Some people are harder off financially and HAVE to work at a place like TSA to make a little more than Mesa.

Some people have other sources of income and $25 an hour plus a better contract is a wash to them compared to say Mesa. (Yours truly)

Some people have SJS and don't care about making a little less to fly a E175 vs a E145.

Some people live out west so Skywest makes the most sense.

Some people value upgrade over pay. It is what it is.
