My point was, a lot of people simply must go to a place like Skywest, because they have too many financial responsibilities to live on 1st year pay at a place like Mesa, RAH, etc.

Therefore they are forgoing a quick upgrade (Mesa) to take higher 1st year pay. (Skywest)
