Spot on. I'm already finding it to be a vast improvement, but granted I've only flown with a Captain that actually took it seriously and cared enough to do his job to the same level most Captains expect their green First Officers to perform. It was refreshing honestly.
Quit complaining. We had two months to become "aware" of the change. Company did everything they could to build awareness and answer procedural questions. Either come along or head on home.
